1,095 Reasons To Reclaim Your Life & How To Do It Now

How long will you stand idle while they continue to do this to you?

You’ve been patient and understanding for this long and where has it gotten you? The signs can no longer be ignored. You’re heading for a meltdown. A complete spiritual, physical, emotional, and economical meltdown.

Right now you’re either nodding your head up and down with the tears starting to well up because you know it’s true. Or you’re getting pissed off

and defensive because you’re in denial. Or, you have everything under control in which case you’ve probably already left (thanks for reading this far).

Does that sound about right?

The Responsible Compromise

It was never meant to be a permanent position, but you needed to be responsible. You needed to do the “right thing”. You didn’t want to let down those who put their faith in you.

You dove in headfirst. After all, that’s how you were raised – to do your absolute best no matter what the task. It wasn’t so bad. In fact, you started to enjoy it. Most of the people you worked beside were nice and the others were tolerable. The pay wasn’t anything stellar, but it was enough to keep things flowing at home until you were better prepared to make that real thing happen.

2 Weeks Later 3 Years Later

The next morning you wake up realizing, that in two weeks, you’ll have been in your “temporary” position for three years. Three years! Three years that vanished in the blink of an eye. Three years in which you cannot remember a single monumental moment.

For 1,095 days of your life you had experienced no victories. No failures. No happiness. No sadness. Nothing, but numbness. You weren’t a human. You weren’t a drone. You were…  just there.

What happened to your will? Where did your persistent drive go? The creativity and inspiration you once prided yourself on had withered into a sad unrecognizable version of what it used to be.

The Reckoning and The Vow

Like an unexpected slap in the face, your future has suddenly grabbed your attention. YOU ARE AWAKE.

In an instant, it all comes flooding back; your dreams, your ideas, inspirations, values, self worth, excitement, the drive to create your own destiny, to do something that makes a difference in the world. YOU ARE AWAKE.

Then your heart sinks.

You glance at the clock to realize you still have to leave for what now seems like a prison. You can’t just call in to say “Never again!”. You won’t be able to make that call tomorrow, either.

That’s when you declare the vow, but it’s not just a vow to yourself. It’s for everyone who’s ever believed in you.

You will pave a new path. Not just any path. THE path. YOUR path.

Roadwork Ahead

You’ve chosen a tough road. One that’s full of uncertainty, long hours, and confusion. The threat of becoming overwhelmed and falling off course is at every new turn.

But you already know that. You didn’t choose this path for the daily comfort of having someone tell you exactly what to do. The “security” of numbness you’ve accepted for the last 3 years is far more terrifying to you, but you also know that no one should go the path alone. You need friends who share your aspirations and determination. You need the guidance of those who’ve made their own path and stayed the course.

Now that you have the determination to pave your new path, your next step is to find those who will guide and encourage you.

Your Redemption and What To Do Now

Are you awake or have you been hypnotized by the “security” of a daily numbness?

What vow have you made to yourself and those who believe in you?

The more people you share your story with, the easier it is to stay focused on your dreams and make them reality. It more than doubles your ability to achieve the many small goals necessary for you succeed. Simply put – The more folks who know your plan, the greater your support system.
